Assistant Branch Manager
Location: Bedford Branch - Bedford, MA
Under the general direction of the Branch Manager, responsible for the management of staff, operations, and the sales efforts of the higher volume branch. Understand and explain all Credit Union products and services, identify members’ needs, and cross-sell appropriate products. Open new accounts, input and decision loans under the guidelines of the Loan Policy and perform teller duties and other clerical functions when needed in conformance with established policies and procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Minimum of two to five years’ experience as a supervisor in a high volume setting, with lending experience in a financial institution or other related experience. Proven organizational, communication, member service and supervisory skills
